FREE Standard SHIPPING on orders over $85 (Canada only: via Canada Post. Order total before taxes should be $85 after all discounts/coupons/promotions). For orders under $85: We ship anywhere in Canada for a flat rate of just $25.
Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Veracis Wellness Inc. We value your support and are committed to providing high quality products and services.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased through our online store.
Please remember the products you are purchasing are handmade and 100% natural, so they will have slight variations from batch to batch and some naturally occurring defects that will have no adverse effect on the performance of the product.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Please note that all registrations are final and we are unable to offer refunds. Your spot supports the careful planning, preparation, and creation of a safe, intimate retreat environment. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person with advance notice, or apply your registration to a future workshop or meditation service at Veracis on-line within the next 12 months (subject to availability)
Exceptions:
If you did not receive your order or you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund and no exchange policy.
