Product Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Veracis Wellness Inc. We value your support and are committed to providing high-quality products and services.
Our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, so slight variations from batch to batch may occur. These natural variations do not affect the performance of the product.
All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased through our online store.
Exceptions: If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.
Workshop & Service Cancellations
Registrations for aromatherapy workshops, meditation classes and other services are also final and are not eligible for refunds.
If you are unable to attend a workshop or class, you may, with advance notice:
- Transfer your registration to another person, or
- Apply your registration toward a future workshop or meditation service offered online by Veracis within 12 months, subject to availability.
Your registration supports the planning, preparation and creation of each workshop and service.
